Timetable
All bookings must be made through the BlueFit Health Club app which you can download by clicking the link below. Booking currently only available for members. Classes will be available to book 1 week before the scheduled time. We will continue to review the timetable each week and adjust it based on demand.
How do I book a class?
- Download the app here
- Login using your credentials.
- Scroll down to find the timetable tile.
- Select ‘See all’ to view the daily schedule.
- You can click on the class image to find out more about the session.
- Click ‘Book’ beside your desired class to book straight in.
- To cancel your booking, click “delete booking”.
Once you have booked into your class you will be be sent a reminder prior to the class so ensure to have your push notifications turned on.

LesMills Body Attack (High) | BODY ATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater to total beginners to total addicts. The class combines athletic movements like running, lunging, and jumping with strength exercises. | 55 mins |
LesMills Body Balance (Low – Moderate) | Pre-choreographed Les Mills class combining elements of yoga, Pilates, stretching, tai chi, and meditation. This class helps to lengthen muscles, release tension, and leave you with an overall sense of balance and calm. | 55 mins |
LesMills Body Combat (Moderate – High) | Pre-choreographed Les Mills class combining elements of boxing, karate, kung fu, capoeira, and other martial arts. Pursuit (High) | 30 minutes of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) on a bike. Intense bursts of energy for sprints and climbs with rests in between prepare you for the next effort. A short and intense class that will burn calories for hours. | 30 mins |
