We’re excited to share an important update about the Swish Basketball program at Mount Annan Leisure Centre, starting from Term 1 2025.
What’s Changing?
Following a review of junior basketball programs at Mount Annan and Oran Park Leisure Centres, the Camden Valley Basketball Association (Wildfire) will now manage all junior basketball activities.
As a result:
- The Swish Basketball program concluded at the end of 2024.
- Wildfire will introduce a similar program through the renowned Aussie Hoops initiative, endorsed by Basketball NSW.
About Aussie Hoops
- Designed for children aged 5 to 10 years.
- Focuses on building fundamental basketball skills in a fun and engaging environment.
- Helps boost self-confidence and social skills, just like Swish!
