Camden Wildfire Basketball (the competitive and representative brand of the Camden Valley Basketball Association) is a not-for-profit organisation proudly endorsed by Basketball NSW. They are doing incredible work for local youth and families, and it all happens right here at the Oran Park Leisure Centre!
Whether your child is picking up a basketball for the very first time, or you are a seasoned player looking for some healthy competition, Wildfire offers a comprehensive range of programs tailored to suit all ages and skill levels.
Their current programs include:
- Local Competitions: Action-packed leagues for juniors and seniors, featuring Saturday junior comps, a dedicated girls’ competition, and a Thursday night senior men’s league.
- Ford Aussie Hoops: A fun, engaging introduction to basketball fundamentals specifically designed for children aged 5 to 10.
- Learn to Play & Development: Foundational training programs for younger players looking to build their confidence and court skills.
- Performance Training: Intensive sessions designed for experienced players aiming to take their game to the next level.
- School Holiday Camps: Fun and active seasonal camps hosted right here at the Oran Park Leisure Centre.
