LEGO® Pop-Up Museum Fundraiser with Macarthur Kids Health
Macarthur Kids Health is teaming up with LEGO® Australia to bring a one-of-a-kind pop-up LEGO museum to our stadium over the October long weekend (Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th). This ticketed event will showcase a range of creative and inspiring builds, with all proceeds going directly to the Kids Health Fund.
In the week leading up to the event, a promotional marquee will be set up at the shopping centre across the road from our venue. Community members will have the chance to take part in a LEGO building activity, with selected creations winning free entry tickets and even a feature spot in the exhibition during the event weekend.
We are proud to be hosting this unique initiative, which highlights the many ways a sports stadium can support meaningful causes and engage the local community. We look forward to seeing Macarthur Kids Health reach, and hopefully exceed their fundraising goals.
Stadium Member Spotlight: Josel Peralta
This month we celebrate Josel Peralta, who runs Peak Academy here at the stadium. Josel is a dedicated coach, spending six days a week leading both one-on-one and group training sessions for teens and young adults aiming to take their basketball careers to the next level.
Under his guidance, multiple players have gone on to secure college scholarships in the U.S. and professional contracts overseas. Josel’s commitment extends beyond the court, as he also helps his athletes connect with sports agents who can open doors to future opportunities.
Most recently, Josel has begun working with Sydney Kings players, adding elite-level experience to his already impressive coaching resume. His passion for helping players maximise their potential both on and off the court makes him an outstanding role model in our community.
