To celebrate Women’s Health Week, we hosted a relaxed and uplifting morning tea for some of our valued members. After completing their morning group fitness classes, a group of our regulars gathered to enjoy a well-earned coffee and connect with one another.
The event was a chance to acknowledge the importance of women’s health and the role that regular movement, community and conversation play in supporting overall wellbeing. It was wonderful to see such a positive turnout, with some familiar faces and a few new ones joining in.
